I have been patient. I have given you guys 4 WEEKS to figure this out. I posted originally on 2/9!!!!!! I gave you and your devs access more than 2 weeks ago and nobody has logged in to the User I created for your support! So you said on Monday 5 days ago the dev was working on my issue but they have not looked yet.

Cindy you have my URL website address you even sent me a screen shot of my website earlier in this ticket - AND the website is LISTED in this support thread in my first request. This is info you could have passed on to the dev if you just looked at our correspondence. Also you sent me an email saying your Dev was already looking into my issue and how could he be doing that if you did not have my URL? - I don't understand you seem to be stalling.

Now there is another issue - the plugin won't let me update it! When I click UPDATE i gives me this error: Update Failed: Download failed. Not Found
We need full permission like admin. If you could not give us full access, we can give you instruction only and you fix by yourself
Did you do any custom css? If yes, please check the css code:
