i am trying to use php for the theme but the index page doesn't load,only a white page and the animation is loading.can you tell me the function of the prepros.cfg file and where is it linked to.i can't find it linked to any file.am sure it has something important to do with the theme

prepros.cfgis the config file of app prepros, which is used to build file sass/less. There is no need to care about this file.Also, please temporarily comment js preloading for more convenience when coding.
