Thank for the great template, we have small but important issues with theme forms.

Submit form is shown while loading document and it doesn't fit good to mobile.

Hi,

Please check your email for the update of file style.css (we edit your file)

Also, in your navigation, the following code is deleted, thus why your menu is not responsive:
